Website Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This notice adapts the AskFor Privacy Policy for the retail landing website at eu.askfor.io. It explains how we handle website enquiries, technical usage data and optional Google Analytics. The original policy continues to apply to the AskFor application. Merely visiting this website does not constitute consent to optional analytics.
Who is responsible
“AskFor”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ASKFOR LLC, bud. 22 kv. 42, bulv. Avtokrazivskyi, 39601 Kremenchuk, Ukraine. This is the company and address identified in the original AskFor policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@askfor.io.
“Personal data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable person. “Service providers” means third parties helping us host, secure and operate the website, receive enquiries or analyse website use.
Information you provide when contacting us
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your requested products or services. Please do not include passwords, payment information, sensitive personal data or information about other people that we do not need.
The form sends your enquiry to the AskFor API. Our team receives the notification through a Telegram bot. Our hosting and communications providers process data as needed to deliver and handle that enquiry. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and you do not need to accept analytics to contact us.
Where applicable, the legal basis for handling an enquiry is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business communications. We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion, subject to those obligations.
Technical website data
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request data, such as IP address, requested URL, access time, browser information and error information, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This processing is separate from optional Google Analytics. Where applicable, it is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website. Technical records are retained only as needed for operational, security and legal purposes.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you select Accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google. It helps us understand whether the website explains AskFor clearly and whether visitors can successfully contact us. The measurement property identifier is G-EEBHEYD1ZF.
Analytics can include:
- The language page and chapters viewed, navigation between chapters, and time a chapter is active while the page is visible.
- Interactions with the demonstration, animation playback, analytics previews and language selector.
- Which contact button opened the form, whether entry began, submission attempts, broad error categories and whether the API accepted an enquiry.
- Pseudonymous cookie identifiers, session information, browser and device information, approximate location and referral source.
We do not send your name, email address, message, individual keystrokes or contact-form contents to Google Analytics. Our custom events use predefined categories. We remove query strings and fragments from the page URL supplied to Analytics and supply only the referring site's origin. We do not use session recordings, Google signals, advertising personalization or remarketing in this integration.
Google receives network requests when Analytics is enabled. Google states that IP addresses from EU, Swiss and UK users are used to derive approximate location and discarded before being logged. Analytics data may be processed outside your country. See Google's regional data information, how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's Privacy Policy for its processing practices.
Where applicable, your consent is the basis for optional analytics and its cookies. Rejecting analytics does not affect the website or contact form. We do not send analytics events before acceptance or replay actions that happened before acceptance.
Cookies, storage and retention
- Consent preference: local storage named
askfor.analytics-consentremembers your accepted or rejected choice for up to 180 days, so we can respect it across visits. It is not an analytics identifier. - Optional analytics cookies:
_gadistinguishes measured visitors and_ga_EEBHEYD1ZFmaintains session information. This integration limits their lifetime to 180 days, without extending it on each visit. Browsers may impose shorter limits. - Analytics event-level data: the GA4 property is configured for a two-month retention period without resetting user-data retention on new activity. Aggregated reports can remain available beyond that period; the event-level retention setting does not delete every aggregate report.
You can change your decision using Analytics preferences in the landing-page footer. To withdraw consent, choose Reject. We stop this integration's analytics collection, remove its accessible cookies and reload the landing when needed. Withdrawal does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful and does not automatically erase data previously sent to Google. Clearing your browser storage also removes the saved choice; we will ask again.
Sharing and international processing
We share information with hosting, communications and analytics providers only as needed for the purposes described above, and where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. Providers, including Google and Telegram, may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, international transfers require safeguards under applicable data-protection law; provider privacy information explains their arrangements. We do not sell your contact-form contents.
Your rights
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact privacy@askfor.io to make a request. We may need information to verify that a request concerns your data. Pseudonymous analytics records cannot always be connected to your email address or identity.
Security
We take measures intended to protect personal data, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. Do not send confidential credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.
Children and external links
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us. External links lead to services operated by other organisations; their own privacy policies apply.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when website processing changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. If optional analytics changes materially, we will request a new choice where appropriate.

Return to AskFor and use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. This privacy page itself does not load Google Analytics.
